One unit can be used for mixing, re-cycling, de-airing, and extruding.

All Stainless Steel
Stainless steel components that come in contact with the clay ensure negligible corrosion and clay contamination …even when using fine porcelains.

Tool-less barrel removal
Opening the barrel to clean a pugmill is a chore that no-one enjoys- finding the correct tools, wrestling with frozen bolts and finally applying gaskets to ensure a good vacuum. The designers of the SUPER-twin have eliminated these annoying problems by creating an innovative bayonet style locking system. This allows both the barrel and nozzle to be removed quickly and simply without using a single tool. Similarly, also without tools, the shredder screen may be removed in less than a minute.

Innovative rotating bucket feed hopper
A totally new approach evolved with the feed hopper design. The rotating bucket totally shields the user from the auger at all times making this one of the safest pugmills available. Venco’s innovative concept also allows effortless feeding of larger pieces of clay and scrap directly to the twin mixing augers. No long levers…no heavy work.

Twin auger mixing chamber
The large stainless steel mixing chamber houses two inter-meshing augers that efficiently crush and mix scrap before pushing out onto the extra-length, single, extruding auger. The extra length auger provides greater extruding power for making tiles or other sections.

Modular System
The SUPER-twin allows the user to purchase only what’s needed for the process required. At any stage the unit may be up-graded (or down-graded) easily and quickly with a modular clip-on approach. The options may be purchased at the same time as the base unit or at a later stage. The same unit can be used for mixing/blending, recycling dry scrap, de-airing and extruding. Simply choose the module for the job and clip it on.

With the SUPER-twin’s modular system design, up grading is a very simple and quick task, requiring no tools or mechanical expertise.
